Warranty

This product comes with a 12-month warranty that covers only manufacturing defects, applicable when the furniture is used under normal household conditions as per Wood Mount usage guidelines.
Additionally, Wood Mount provides a 36-month warranty against termite infestation, ensuring long-term protection of the wooden structure.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by regular wear and tear, accidental impacts, or incorrect usage, including wrong cleaning methods or exposure to direct sunlight.
Cracks or damages resulting from relocation, mishandling, or improper assembly by the customer are not included under the warranty.
Seasonal expansion and contraction of solid wood is a natural occurrence and is not considered a defect under this policy.
Variations in wood grains, knots, joint lines, or minor seasonal splits are natural characteristics of wood and are not covered.
Upholstery fabrics (like seat covers) are not under warranty; only the frame and internal mechanisms are covered for upholstered items.
Wood decay or damage caused by continuous exposure to water is not covered.
The use of harsh chemicals, non-standard dry-cleaning, or incorrect storage/assembly voids the warranty.
As per industry standards, surface unevenness up to 5 mm is acceptable and not covered under warranty.
In case of any concern, customers can raise a support ticket via the Wood Mount Help Centre, and our team will assist at the earliest.

Delivery And Installation

Our delivery and support teams will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

Free delivery is applicable only for the first delivery attempt to your provided shipping address. In case the delivery is missed, an additional visiting charge will be applied for the next attempt.

If there is no service lift available, delivery will be made only to the ground floor of your building. On request, delivery to higher floors can be arranged for an additional charge per floor.

Extra charges may also apply for weekend deliveries or specific time-slot requests.

If you are unavailable to receive your order, the product will be held at the nearest delivery hub for up to 10 days. Post this period, Wood Mount reserves the right to cancel or modify the order at its discretion.

Based on the product type, installation requirements may vary:

Pre-assembled products require no installation and are ready to use upon delivery.
For products marked Expert Assembly, Wood Mount will arrange for a professional carpenter to complete the setup.
Items listed as Basic Assembly/DIY come with clear instructions and require minimal effort using basic tools. No expert help is needed.
